Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with our products, but if that is not the case please contact us at info@flavourhead.com and we will either refund or replace the items at no extra cost. This will happen once the items have been returned to us in the original packaging.
Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase and check your items on delivery and let us know as soon as possible if there is damage or something is missing. Make a note and provide photographic evidence so that we can rectify any problems.

When items are cancelled through no fault with the product, items will be returned at the cost of the customer, and in the case of those damaged the company will cover the postage. We do not accept liability for goods lost in the post.
It’s your information, and we respect that
When you sign up for information or buy something from us we have to collect essential information, things like your name, address, email etc. We also work with partners who use that information to send out updates and send products to you. As part of that we use that information to improve our products and the service we offer so it’s better for you and others.
We log your IP address so we know about the browser and operating systems our visitors are using, so we can ensure our website works at its optimum for you.
And when you agree to receive emails, we collect information so that we can understand how you like to engage with us, and we can tailor the service to you.
Our customers services don’t keep the information you give us, we just deal with the inquiry unless you have requested for updates on the brand.
We never give your information to other companies (3rd parties) unless you have agreed for us to do so, or if required by law. If you do receive information from another company linked to us it’s because you ticked an opt-in box as part of a promotion.
There are lots of companies we work with who make our services work like payment services, and they operate their own privacy policies which will be made clear.
When we ask your consent
Any time you give us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you are ok with us collecting this essential information.
When we want to send you marketing information we will expressly ask you if you’re ok with that, and you will have the opportunity to say no. We keep your data for 2 years.
How you can tell us you’ve had enough
We all change our minds, or get a bit overloaded, and that’s fine with us. Just email us at info@flavourhead.com or write to us at Flavour Head, 30 Circus Mews, Bath BA1 2PW and we will remove you from further correspondence.

If you give us credit card information that is held by Stripe, our payment partner who are obliged to take all measures to protect it – we do not hold it.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under British law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions and apply to goods ordered via the internet or by phone.
These terms and conditions may vary at any time, but the terms and conditions which apply will be those listed here at the time you placed your order.
All the material contained on the website (images, logo’s packs and visuals and visual identity) is the property of Flavour Head and may not be copied without the permission of the company.
Taking payment
There are a number of ways to pay on this website facilitated through Stripe and Paypal. At the time the items are ordered payment will be processed and stock availability will be checked. To make sure your details are protected Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used on the site, encrypting your data whilst it is in our system. If goods are not available we will inform you and let you know when they will be in stock.
Your orders
Where there is a charge for postage this will be added and charged when the purchase is made. We reserve right to cancel order and offer alternative product or full refund in those extremely unlikely cases, when items purchased are not available. If your order cannot be completely fulfilled, you will have the option of a refund, or an alternative product. We will notify you when we expect the goods to be available. Acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered.
The product
We take care to provide accurate descriptions and prices of our products at the time of purchase, but occasionally there may be errors on our website.
The manufacturing process for our products is tightly controlled, and allergens are clearly marked on the ingredient list.
If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition you should take medical advice drinking any of our teas.
Liability
You agree that your use of the website and our services is at your sole risk. The website and services are provided on an as-is and as available basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights.
To the extent that it is lawfully possible to do so, we make no warranty that (a) the website and our services and/or any information will meet your requirements, (b) your access to and use of the services will be error-free, (c) any errors or inaccuracies will be corrected. Wholesale and trade terms
Lateral Ventures Ltd operate a “all monies retention of title” clause. This states that Lateral Ventures Ltd will continue to own goods supplied to a wholesale or trade customer until such time as we receive full payment for all goods supplied. Lateral Ventures Ltd can enter the customer’s premises to recover goods once payment is overdue and at least 3 reasonable attempts have been made by us to receive payment; These methods may include the following: Telephone call; email communication, or written letter delivered by Royal Mail. Once invoked, the debtor has a duty of care to safeguard such goods until collected.
Delivery of items
Delivery of the goods will be made to the address on your order, but we can not be responsible for information incorrectly given, and do not take responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged after they have been delivered. Our standard delivery times are within 5 working days of receipt of order within the UK.
Delivery times and costs outside the UK may vary and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
