WHISKY ZEST TEA COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

One shot of whisky
Soda water
Sugar syrup*
Double shot of Wonderfully Zesty Botanical Infusion

METHOD 

Drop all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake. Pour into a glass, squeeze in a fat slice of orange and drop a sprig of crushed mint. Yum.
*Sugar syrup
You can buy this ready-made or gently heat some water and sugar. Dissolve 300g caster sugar (adjust to your taste) in 150 ml of water over a low heat. You can leave it to cool and bottle it for future use in cocktails. Store in the fridge.
