LIGHT AND STORMY TEA COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

One shot of White Rum
Two double shots of Far Out Fruits Botanical Infusion
Sugar syrup*
A drop of soda water (if desired)

METHOD

This is an easy-peasy tea cocktail. Pour all the ingredients into a glass and finish with a squeezed slice of lime and a slice of ginger.

Sugar syrup*
You can buy this ready-made or very simply heat some water and sugar. Dissolve 300g caster sugar (adjust to your taste) in 150 ml of water over a low heat. You can leave it to cool and bottle it for future use in cocktails. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
